Restored a pair of slim pens called Ritter- moderately well preserved body-aerometric filler working normal. The nibs are new and very good looking.

That Flair Urano is a very handsome pen! You did some great restoration work.

Thanks Sailor Kenshin.

Does that nib say Uranium, though?

DURANIUM

You are right, re-checked , it is written Duranium.

Thanks for the correction. If you have any information

about these Flair models, kindly share/ refer any written

material please.

These are the last three recovered pens from the scrap pen lot- remaining 5/6 pens would be used up for parts later. The first two pens look like platinex but later I noticed while looking at the zoom photo of the nib- these are marked Montex.!!!

Thank you. No I do not intend to sell the pens as after working to repair/ restore these pens I end up developing an attachment with these. However , in case you have any model in mind, let me know- I will try to find the same from the vendors in Kolkata and mail you.

From the scrap pen lot of Calcutta Pen Hospital I was able to revive a 1973 Plato 66 and later chose to slightly modify the pen. I fixed a aerometric filler and to cover up for the extended length of 1.5 mm cut off the barrel end and added a small cap. Comments please.
