Showing Off (Handmade 2 Pen Pouch)

Hi there!

I'd like to take the liberty and show you my latest pen pouch.

 

For me, this is a real accomplishment, as I've never before used any leather as thin on a project like this. Everything's handstitched and I have also done the dyeing myself.

I can't take too much credit for the design. The basic shape is very common and came mostly from the el cheapo pouch (the brown one you can see in the first pic) my customer asked me to make a replacement for. I only changed what I didn't like about it, e.g. the gusset construction, burnished edges instead of rolled ones, some measurements, etc.

 

I think I'll make quite a few of these, and I also want one myself.
