And I've been fighting against inking up my Parsons Essential with my new Éclat de Saphir cartridges. I don't need another pen inked!

Lamy Al-star (1.5) with J. Herbin 1670 Stormy Grey.

Faber-Castell Ondoro (M) with Pelikan 4001 Blue-Black.

Fellowship Pillar (F) with Lamy Black.

Went to my local store to buy as many of the 1670 inks that I could, and came away with a single bottle of Stormy Grey, emptying their entire stock of J. Herbin's anniversary ink.

Black Sailor Pro Gear, F, Diamine Bilberry. Great combination. This pen is quite dry and a little scratchy but with this ink it writes nicely.

So far today it's been:

(1) black Snorkel with I think an F nib, and vintage Sheaffer Brown ink (one side of the box says "Sepia Brown"; not sure of the vintage but it's the red box, and the bottle still has the inkwell in the top ) -- that was for my morning pages journal entry.

(2) red Parker 45, F nib, with diluted Anderson Pens Green Bay -- for some random quick note-taking.

(3) Noodler's Charlie pen, flex nib, with Noodler's Heart of Darkness -- balancing the checkbook.

But it's only 10:30 in the morning here, so the day is still young. Who knows what other pens will see use today.... B)

"It's very nice, but frankly, when I signed that list for a P-51, what I had in mind was a fountain pen."

My lamy 2000 for journalling, my red Pelikan M600 for writing letters and my trusty Jinhao 159 for taking notes at work. It is only ever the one for writing letters etc ever changes the 2000 is always in my bag and ready for early morning journalling and the Jinhao 159 is always loaded with lamy royal blue ink and on my desk at working for taking notes.

Platinum 3776 Century, F, Noodler's Polar Blue ink

Platinum Preppy, F, Diamine Sherwood Green ink

Platinum Preppy, F, Platinum Purple cartridge

Conklin Duragraph, F, ran out of Pelikan Edelstein Jade, cleaned it and switched over to Noodler's Zhivago ink

Lamy 2000, M, Lamy Turquoise Ink received today and I like it. I am still trying to figure out a comfortable way to hold this pen. It would be a shame to relegate it to the non use pens.

new today, Jinhao X750 Black Night Sky Pattern, M, Diamine Evergreen Ink. One of these days I am going to get an F or EF nib. I guess I need to shop more carefully.

new today, Lamy Safari Charcoal, F, Purple Lamy cartridge

I will be doing a lot of writing later on today, but I think that it will consist of these same pens for the most part. I am still learning which pens I prefer as daily writers but I like the different inks so I switch off a lot.
