Another nice pen and ink combination. I like hooded nibs. You have a very nice collection. Thanks for posting.

I'm still trying to figure out how to list all my pens down here.

My bargain Pilot 78G in black....I know they're an affordable pen....but I swear this one writes so smooth.

My Custom 74 finally came in, so I put it to use with some correspondence today. I inked it up with Yama-Budo.

I use the MB Lavender Purple regularly and really like it. How much do you dilute and what does it look like?

I just refilled the pen with distilled water when I wrote it dry. It dilutes to a nice red-purple leaning towards mauve. I'll try to get a scan up in a day or two.

I am away from home working just now and on this ocassion brought with me my Delta Dolcivita and my Omas mi'lord.

Both in use with Montblanc Toffee Brown ink and both in constant use.

Delta has a medium nib and is extremely smooth.

The Mi'lord has a broad nib and is just as lovely in use but a lot, lot wetter. It really brings out the shading in the ink.

A green and black Varuna Gajendra filled with Camlin Camel Royal blue. A real monster of a pen!

I really like those pens and you have a great colour there. Do you have it in eyedropper mode?

Not much choice: it lacks a cartridge/converter nipple. Specs and reviews say it holds six-plus milliliters of ink, but the (probably mismarked) eyedropper that Andy's Pens sent with it claims it only took five. :-)

Certainly it holds six ml :) Andy also sells a version with the 'German' nib which has the option of cartridges. But I like the eyedropper.

Since reading earlier parts of this thread, I splashed out on some MB Lavender Purple. It's gorgeous in my wet-writing Decimo, med. I'm also loving the Sailor Jentle Tokiwa-matsu in my M400, EF.

I wish I loved broader nibs, as they show off the inks so much better. I just don't like writing with them.
