Notes at work with a MB Carlo Collodi, F, Akkerman Bekakt Haags. This pen has been in rotation for quite a while now.

When I first got this pen and started using it, two years ago, all was fine. Then it started to run dry occasionally athough there was plenty of ink in it. Now I've gotten into the habit of a quick rinse every now and then prior to filling it. This seems to prevent gunk building up in or around the feed and, so far, all is well.

Such a lovely, wet writer. Bit of feedback. Super-heavy cap; don't post it. And the dark, chocolate brown ink makes a very warm combination with the Collodi pen.

It is also my first new Montblanc, first writers edition, first visit to the Akkerman store in The Hague. Quite a special pen.

Platinum Century 3776 Bourgogne with J.Herbin Bleu Nuit. Waiting for Pilot Custom 823 to arrive any minute now, and pondering a purchase of a Pelikan Souveran M600.

(I have it pretty bad right now).

Pilot Parallel Pen, 1.5 mm and black Pilot ink (cartridge). Was practising my italic this morning with Lloyd J. Reynolds' 9th lesson on YouTube. Got about half-way through with frequent pauses and rewinds before it was time for breakfast etc.
