I'm not sure if  Baird-North made fountain pens. following pen has a nib and barrel with their name.

patent marked across the barrel might be the following:

Baird-North was a jewelry manufacturer in Rhode Island that sold house-branded pens. I have 4 plus an extra nib & section. Two of them have Aiken Lambert nibs, and one has a cap similar to the one pictured that makes the inner cap seal visible, which I associate with Boston Safety, but have no other reason to connect the two.

So if you have a lot of ink,

You should get a Yink, I think.

Quick question about this list - how are you handling retail brands?

During the mid 1920s - late 1930s, many major retailers like Sears and Montgomery Ward switched from selling primarily manufacturer-branded pens like Wirt or Aiken Lambert, and started selling house brands sourced from different suppliers. Sears had the Diamond Medal, Webster, Good Service, TruePoint, Tower, and Tower TruPoint brands. Diamond Medal, Webster and Good Service were made by CE Barrett/National in some years, and Parker in others. At least some TruePoints were by Eagle.

I’m pretty sure the Lakeside brand was Montgomery Ward, but less certain about the manufacturers.

Are we including these in the list?

So if you have a lot of ink,

You should get a Yink, I think.

For Ingersoll, there are two Ingersoll’s - Charles Ingersoll Dollar Pen Co. and Ingersoll - Redipoint, which were completely separate companies and brands.

Monroe was an Eclipse sub-brand.

I recently acquired a "Shirley Temple" pen which might have been made by "David Hahn, Inc." (a Wearever sub-brand).

Now need to check back to the beginning of this thread and see if that's on the original list.

ETA: And it is! 😉

"It's very nice, but frankly, when I signed that list for a P-51, what I had in mind was a fountain pen."

I don’t see Sanford-Bennett on the list? I have one of their eyedropper pens and they made some early pens for Rexall.  The "Commercial" pen was one of their named

pens. (not on the list either it looks like).
