Does anyone know the brand or model of this or is it unbranded?

YC Guo seems to list plenty of these but with only cryptic designations...

Hmm, not positive, but possibly a DUKE pen. Tough to tell though. Duke pens I thought normally said "DUKE" on the cap band.

 

The way 22KGP is printed on the nib leads me to think it's a Chinese pen.

Not Dukes. These sell at a $2-$3 price point. Dukes are more of >$10 pens.

Solved the mystery! I asked the seller and he said that they were homemade and therefore without a brand.
