Wow :wub: What a stunner! The modern renditions of this pen from that company are the only modern offerings worth pursuing, in my opinion.

I agree with you, and in fact the only modern Mb I have now is the heritage 1912

Wow that chasing is rare

 

I've seen a couple in person and catalogs, but not many.

I agree with you, and in fact the only modern Mb I have now is the heritage 1912

The 1912 is definitely on the top of my modern grail pen list :D

I have a Duncan MacKinnon from 1876 but since it is a Stylograph I do not know if it can be taken for a fountain pen !

 

Nevertheless there are several very early Waterman's ED

I have a Conklin Crescent ringtop and a Parker Jack Knife ringtop of similar vintage. And I have a few 1920s pens with older dip pen nibs, so bits of them are late 19th century.
