woodcraft.com have two types of clear acrylic stands. I have two, and have been very satisfied with them.

Glass frogs (originally used for flowers) can be found in flea markets/antique shops; Test them to make sure they are deep enough to hold your pen and that the inner edges are not too rough.

 

Flea Markets/antique shops/ retro furniture stores will have pipe stands, which work well for pens. I have two lucite ones that are particularly cool.

 

I also have some Frankoma pottery toothbrush stands that make excellent pen stands.

 

If you want modern stands, looks to Levenger (levenger.com) orFahrney's Pens (fahrneyspens.com) for some wonderful options.

I happen to be using a cool brushed metal toothbrush stand that I found at Walmart for $10. It only holds four pens but I'm happy with it.

The praise of the praiseworthy is above all rewards.

I was going to mention Levenger as well. They have a variety of stands as well as a least one 10 pen storage solution.
