L2K Millenium, much more lighter than the Stainless Steel version, in Akkerman Garuda Rood, and a L2K from the same period in Akkerman Steenrood.

Twice have medium nib.

2006 French Blue Safari, F nib.  Because it was used, but had a converter already installed, it didn't cost me that much more than a MSRP price Safari would have been (and with sales tax and shipping, about what an al-Star might have cost if I'd had to get a converter as well).

I'm somewhat surprised to say that I might even like this color combo (pale blue with the red clip) even BETTER than the Dark Lilac -- and the black nib and clip on that really set the purple barrel and cap off nicely).  But there's just something about the French Blue -- the minute I first saw one I was going "Oh, I NEED one of those...."

Funny -- all three of my Safaris (French Blue, Dark Lilac, and Violet) have colored clips, and there was one I saw on eBay a few years ago, for the commemoration of Sweden becoming an independent country, in the colors of the Swedish flag (blue barrel, yellow clip) that also attracted me (the price, of course, did not... :o).  Likewise, I don't mind getting a used Safari because of the nosebleed prices of the NOS ones in French Blue I saw on eBay.

A set of 2000 BP and pencil in a Lamy double slip case. Besides that, a pair of 2000 FPs, also in a Lamy double (flap) case.

Using the last remains of Pelikan 4001 Blau-Schwarz from my Lamy2000 (EF). When it's empty, I'll let it "rest" for a while and ink my Lamy Studio. Haven't used it for a long time.

An olive green Studio (F), with Iroshizuku Shin-ryoku, and occasionally a matching ballpoint.

Just inked up a Lamy Al-Star Turmaline medium with the matching ink that was just delivered today. I bought it to replace the Safari I gave my oldest son last time they visited.

Still the French Blue Safari, F nib.  I keep meaning to swap it out for a different pen, but it just does so nicely with Lamy Crystal Benetoite in it...  No muss, no fuss.  Pen just works.

I've just had way too much stress in my life the past couple of weeks -- and it won't be over anytime soon: tomorrow I get to ream the Director of Nursing ED and the Patient Advocate -- and possibly BOTH their bosses -- new ones as to why the preliminary letter we were supposed to have gotten a week ago, concerning the complete FUBAR of my husband's post-op care, and nobody giving him any pain meds for FOUR HOURS hasn't arrived in our little hot hands yet....  And THEN tell all and sundry that not only have we been in discussion with a malpractice lawyer, I have ALSO filed a formal complaint with the Department of Health and would be MORE THAN HAPPY to have a TV news camera crew from one of the local network affiliates camping on their front entrance....

At this rate, I may end up needing to buy another bottle before the summer is over....

In all, but natural light, it looks grey to me.

Thanks. The more I use this pen, the more grey it seems to me. Definitely a very cool blue grey, but grey. Still quite attractive, though... :)
