Lamy Studio Palladium EF - smooth writer with GvFC Carbon Black ink. Slight discolouring at the end oxidation? Or character, going with character.

Lamy Al Star Turmaline with a 1.1mm italic nib using Lamy Turmaline ink.

Congratulations to all contributors to this thread which has now reached 50 pages and began in December 2014. Surely a great tribute to the reliability and appeal of Lamy pens.

So, I got someone an inexpensive Lamy Safari as their first FP. He's never used one. Well, this one came with one of those black stainless nibs and I noticed it was a fine point. I did a quick search on changing out nibs and changed my fine point chrome with the black one.

Today I did something different. I carried the Lamy Al-Star instead of leaving it in the messenger bag. Since changing out the stock chrome with a fine black stainless, I have a different pen. Best FP move I've made to date.
