Safari (red), B nib, with P.W. Akkerman #22 Hopjesbruin

cp-1, B nib, with P.W. Akkerman #10 IJzer-Galnoten

It's nice to switch between the 2000 its little brother cp-1 regularly.

The 2000 with B nib glides across the paper like a stick of butter on a hot plate (paraphrasing some other guy on this forum, I think, but that is quite an appropriate and accurate comparison :) ). Whereas the steel B nib of the cp-1 is slightly more resistive, however I absolutely love its super slim design!

Lamy Aion with fine nib, filled with Noodler's Liberty's Elysium.
I like the heavier pens and the Aion fits me quite nicely.

An optimist is someone who starts a crossword puzzle with a fountain pen

Lamy for this week:

Nexx M anthracite

Phoenix Design Group

Not just a school pen - very light and easy to grip - showing its paces on some very cheap paper.

This one is pimped with a black Z50 but I may switch back - think I prefer the original steel.

Lamy Studio in Royal Red and I’ve just fitted my newly purchased gold OM nib. The ink is Diamine Majestic Blue and I’m in a state of bliss.
