Iguanasell pops up on the first search page at A$720 including shipping. They are reliable suppliers in my experience. Looking further may do better.

Goulet Pens have the Black Amber on special (close-out sale) right now for US$409. Add shipping and do the currency conversion, and that works out a little over AU$600. Still too rich for my blood, though - and I don't know (didn't check) whether they have the full range of nib options.

[Just checked, and they have an M and F nib pen for US$350 right now in their "bottom shelf" section.]

Lamy al star pacific with a fine nib.

It is loaded with lamy blue black ink.

Just bought the pen a few days ago.

The pen looks nothing like in the pictures so you have to see it to believe it!

Isn't the Al-Star Coffee a great brown? I have one too. One of my favorite Lamys.

Using this 'Nexx' with the usual medium nib, filled with Cross brand blue ink.

I think this is the cheapest LAMY pen, about £1 or 2 less than the Safari where I am.
