What's next? Another brown from DA? Maybe Sailor Doyou? Iroshizuku Yama-Guri? Or something unknown and exotic?24805350872_d989b8fd4d_z.jpg

Most strange to see "Maybe"'and "Doyou" in the same sentence! Buy it. Immediately. :-) :-)

Fountain pens are my preferred COLOR DELIVERY SYSTEM (in part because crayons melt in Las Vegas).

Um, is this supposed to be browns?

When I asked what color Nightshade is, I got brown as an answer so I included it here too.

OK, I understand then. It's kind of hard to see what color it is on the sheet as it looks just so dark.

I think of it as a stealth black.

Pretty sure its illegal, in Japan, to put BB SPP in a dry writing pen :(

Yes, I do love those colors! My true adoration, though, is for the more orange-y and reddish browns. "AUTUMNAL" is what I'd call them.

Here is a selection of the L'Artisan Pastellier Callifolio "Autumnal" inks that I have currently:

Ordered by preference (visual deliciousness):

1. Aurora

2. Itzamná

3. Inti

4. Anáhuac

5. Cannelle

6. Sépia

What is the blue ink you've used?

Thanks.

I'm finding it a bit hard to see the brown in Nightshade as well. Perhaps if I used it next to other dark browns, it will become more apparent. Either way, I've been using Nightshade at work for some months now, which has warmed me to Noodler inks.

I believe that I used Noodler's Bay State Blue for the blue in the photo. Intense ink!

I have had it in the pen for about a month. I really like it. I find it is slow to dry, but it is pretty.
