The Nib Just Broke On My Vintage Pen!

I don't think they were adjusted down as many of my vintage pens have down turned nibs. Are they flexible??

Yes, they are fairly flexible but I have a number of pens of the same make - they are all Conway Stewarts by the way, and they have straight nibs. They don't look right to me.

Yes, they all have the same sized nib. In fact apart from the bib profiles, they are pretty much indentical.

Thanks to the sweet mhguda, I now have my Majestic pen in service and I must say...omg!!! What a great writing little pen. That, is due to the super nib that was shared by mhguda so that this gem could remain in the working world and not become a parts pen!!!

A little late here, but you found the only real downside to steel other than flexibility. Steel corrodes. If the seller never disassembled it and the plating on top was intact and protected the nib, you couldn't really tell. I'm glad it's all working again.
