This isn't really a formal review, just a few minutes of video where I play around with this PHENOMENAL new ink.

 

If this stuff doesn't change your life (once you can get your hands on it; this stuff is as hard to come by as asparagus during christmastime), you need a therapist. It's AMAZING. It's like, "why use any other ink?"

Personally, I want your penmanship, but that sheen is pretty awesome.

Fountain pens are my preferred COLOR DELIVERY SYSTEM (in part because crayons melt in Las Vegas).

Beautiful handwriting and lovely ink. I find watching people do calligraphy to be almost hypnotic, it's very meditative.

The praise of the praiseworthy is above all rewards.

You, as usual, are far, far too kind. It was staggering, but for that writing looks MUCH better in the video than in real life.

Were you able to get some of the ink?

 

 

My kids won't let me buy any more ink until the new year or I buy lots of presents for Christmas. They are SO MEAN. They even want to eat every day multiple times a day. Can you believe it?

My handwriting is nowhere near as good as yours, Pierre. But I have this ink in a Pelikan m100 with a 1.0 nib and I just LOVE it. Saw an exemplar at DCSS in August and knew I HAD to get my hands on some. One of the few times that I opted for a full bottle without trying a sample first, or at least seeing a swab (inks that aren't available as samples don't count here, I'm talking about when samples *are* available). And I think it's maybe the first time I chose the GPC option of "Notify me when this is in stock" -- I don't think I even did that when I broke my first bottle of Noodler's Kung Te Cheng (just kept checking their website every few days with complete impatience...). So when I got the notice I was right on it, and had the order in by 10:30 AM that morning. :thumbup:
