They apparently don't know much about marketing and/or have never launched a product before.

The don't need a marketing department, this thread has given them more hits than they get on the website.

Looking at the product shots in my FB feed and I must say I dislike the new designs. Too much metal is my biggest complaint and I think someone was a little too happy with the laser etching

Not RAGGING - sheesh - can't you recognize good ole fashion - 'NABLING?

Fountain pens are my preferred COLOR DELIVERY SYSTEM (in part because crayons melt in Las Vegas).
