Mine neither, but I anxiously away it's arrival. I just got a letter that took 5 months.

I own a bottle of this ink and have been using it regularly for two months. I view it as a dark purple, not a blue black. I love the ink. It behaves well and the color is lovely. I use it in a .9mm italic nib.

I had to pick this ink up once I heard about its characteristics.

 

I'd say it's an indigo, not necessarily the pigmented indigo, but more of a deep indigo, that is typically leaning more towards violet and in the realm of purple. The higher frequency of individuals saying this is more of a purple reflects the more substantial lean into the spectrum of purple, but, as an indigo lover, it is recognizably a deep indigo, by this labeling, or if you'd prefer a Blue Purple more on the purple side.

 

Beautiful color... am too excited to try this out. Have been looking for a deep indigo with some water resistant properties... not easy to find a good one, and I love the darkness of it, which makes it more legible and increasing its practicality IMO, without it being boring.

I am Dutchman born in Breda.... Cosiest city of "joie de vivre" (joy of life) in the northern hemishpere....

 

Just nineteen kilometres away is the Fountain Pen Walhalla better known as La Couronne du Comte....

 

My Girlfriend Sabine and I went to paradise last week to buy some Fountain Pens (Maybe I will do a review soon (Dupont and Edison...).Dennis and Rik gave me/us some nice goodies.... one of those is...

Showthrough and waterproof

Little but very acceptible showthrough with Medium nib.... Quite strong bleeding with the 2,3 Italic...

But using the 2.3 Italic is like throwing a Molotow cocktail to the paper

Do not know if it survives longer swims... But this looks very legible after 2 minutes in Water

Too Conclude

Very nice and well-behaving ink. It has a nice familiar smell of ink....

Very dark blue.... (PM for a postcard)... Highly saturated (my advise clean your FP more often).

It is one of the deepest and richest dark Blues I have seen sofar....

Very Impressive....

Photobucket stabbed the internet in the back, turning all free hosting accounts into hostages. For a mere $400/year, you can allow other sites to link to your photos there now.

 

And thus, a vast amount of data on this site was lost.

 

And hopefully, photobucket's future business along with it.

 

I would be happy to provide hosting for a photo or two as needed.

All one (i.e. any poster here) has to do is re-update from scratch, using the Upload function here in this forum (see the line up top, to the right of "FPN Home" etc). It's free but still takes time and energy as always. The problem remains that if the original poster doesn't have the scans or original images anymore and/or he or she is no longer around, then it's tough beans for any new readers. I had originally hoped -- after seeing that Botophucket now wanted all of our dough -- that they at least meant that for any future work and not all of that which we may have already done for a whole decade here.
