Nice. What's the nib on it? I have a grey Valiant that doesn't seem to work right and a back one that only sort of works (it's that or it just didn't like Diamine Imperial Purple, which is now taking forever to flush out, even after dilution with distilled water several times to get it to write more than a line or two). I'm not sure of the nib on the grey one; I *think* that the black has an F or EF nib because it wrote a lot like the Statesman (which has an EF nib) after I got it repaired at DCSS.

My Snorkel have a M gold nib. It write very well and give some (pleasant) feedback.

I really like the Sheaffer Triumph nibs in nib size M and above
