After being frustrated again by my Waterman Laureat, which may or may not one day revive with a hard to find metal top Waterman converter, I turned to one of my old and much abused Parker Sonnets; this dates from my zero tolerance or patience days, one of them has a broken feed inside the section, for which I am not proud... So my expectations where pretty low. I gave it one last try, managed to salvage one of the nibs, got a converter from a friend, put some Orange Indien... And it works! But since that ink came out awfully pale, I gave it a try with Myosotis, which had never come out the way I thought it should... Perfection. Flows great and it looks distinct from my other blues. Ok, so the poor nib requires good paper to shine, but it's smooth and the ink shows what to me is it's proper colour... Happy days.
