what other brand would fit a pilot cartridge pen? I have several brands : Pelikan 4001, Monteverde, international Standard...

None. Pilot has proprietary carts.

If you want to use non-Pilot inks you'll have to buy a converter for bottled ink or refill an empty cartridge with different ink using a syringe.

I think Pilot/Namiki use a proprietary cartridge.

Only the Pilot MR EU edition uses STD carts.

My daddy taught me to help. PM me an address and I'll send you some. I have Black, Blue, Blue/Black. Let me know if you have bottled ink and I will include a blunt syringe to refill the carts with.
