Knives And Fountain Pens

This thread has reminded me of the Nock (the pen case makers) who sell 'zipper pulls' made out of paracord for $4 a pop! They were asking for comments in their early days and I did suggest that they take them off the list... it was ignored. Considering paracord can be had for $10 for 100ft... well, I make my own fobs as I am sure those of you who have posted images of them do too.

Nice looking higanokami, probesport! Where'd you buy it?

Purchased from Amazon then I polished and honed it. It's shave sharp, I've actually used it for touch ups at work. Super handy.

I bought a stainless bodied one several years ago and love it...The inexpensive price for such an awesome blade is one of the few remaining bargains out there.

Wow! I am not a knife collector or connoisseur by any means (though I do love my Wusthoff chef's knife almost as much as my pens), but I am loving the pics in this thread.

As much as I enjoy looking at knives and pens, this is the one that nailed it for me, there is a synergy here missing from other photos, something to tie the two pieces together, nice job.

The only way these two could be more perfectly matched is if the Kaweco had a black nib...
