Need Some Help Identifying A Ted Lapidus Pen Set

Hi everyone,

 

I recently inherited some pens, and I am slowly going through them to try and identify and value them.

The first one of the batch is this Ted Lapidus fountain/ballpoint pen set. I cannot seem to find any info on them. Is anyone able to help me identify them?

yours seems much more frilly then the other shown on that link.
