gouletpens has an image of it on their site. I cannot wait for this. Ordering as soon as it goes on sale!

Good to know -- wonder if they will take the website down (the way they did for the launch of Bleu Ocean) to give everyone an equal shot of getting some.

But did I read the listing right? That it's a limited edition? Sounds as if I'm going to have to skip the sample and go straight for a full bottle.... Which makes me a bit nervous because I have a bottle of the original formula of Rouge Hematite and it does have a tendency to be cloggy. Although this looks like the gold is more like dust, not flecks.

DAMN!

As a newb, the list is starting to become long and distinguished!

As far as use, I think the color is in that area of the spectrum that it can be used for almost anything aside from the most formal business or academic requirements. Well, that is what I saying if anybody gives me any (bleep). :)

My big dividing line is: can you use it for a condolence letter? In this case, no. I don't think so. Business? Nope. An unpleasant letter, no. But, all the other stuffs of life: YEA!

I can't wait for this ink, and I am not a grey ink fan.

BTW, I have used Rouge Hematite in many pens with never a clogging issue. It's such a lovely rich red.

Just got back into fountain pens after a while away from the hobby, glad I did now though. Can't wait for October, the thought of this ink in my OB Montblanc 34 is filling me with all sorts of.. feelings. Ordered a Rouge Hematite to scratch the new ink itch (haven't bought a new ink in ages), but this Stormy Grey looks just plain amazing.

I have the Rouge Hematite batch with little to no gold. I actually like it in a calligraphy pen (Lamy Joy) but I kind of feel sad about the lack of sheen. I'm on the fence about Stormy Grey. It's not like I don' t have ink.

You can never have too many inks.

I thought I had found my grey ink using Kiri-same. It appears I am wrong. The sheen in the photos is amazing. The splash test sold me. :yikes:

Well played, well played.

I was thinking about getting my first grey, but thought "I can just dilute some black ink I have or add WotW to some. Grey is boring"

Now, I'm confused about life. I don't understand why I don't have this ink. Honestly, why don't I own it, someone help me!

Whiteness of the Whale.

Fountain pens are my preferred COLOR DELIVERY SYSTEM (in part because crayons melt in Las Vegas).
