Desiderata Flex Pen

Just the normal ZebraG. They are chromed and last longer than raw steel dip nibs. If you keep them clean and dry they hold up quite well. Buying a few spares isn't a bad idea as they do wear and at some point rust is inevitable.

I am still jealous of Presto getting his pens to feed, I still try to convert some of mine. When I get sick of fiddling and want to write I ink up my Daedalus. Thanks again Pierre.

I've tried fitting Zebra G nibs in old third tier vintage pens and some modern pens, but with no luck. It's pretty frustrating because most of the time it almost works and almost feeds properly, but it just is not reliable at all, so useless for sketching.

I just had an email to say that his lathe is broken and the part required costs about half the price of the lathe! So production has for the moment come to a grinding halt, but he said he has a few pens in stock.
