Help Id-Ing Pen (Possibly Indian From Early 50's Late 40's)

The only marking on the pen is on the nib, It says Ideal with a logo of a bull or bison of some sort.

The pen was given to me by my grandfather about 20 years ago, then pen though is much older. I'm assuming its an Indian company as years ago someone told me Ideal was a pen company based out of Mangalore in India, I can't be too sure though.

Thanks.

@hari, thank you, that could possibly be as my grand parents did visit Japan in the 60's strange that I can't find any info about any pen brand called ideal.

if you see this pinned thread in the Japanese subforum:

https://www.fountainpennetwork.com/forum/index.php/topic/52513-pen-manufacturers-current-and-past/

There is this following entry:

"Monarch: (Ideal Monarch Co., Kyoto) Decent celluloid eyedroppers in the 1950s."

Try to look for some markings/imprint on the barrel as well.

In case you wish to write to me, pls use ONLY email by clicking here. I do not check PMs. Thank you.

@hari no other markings, however I think that must be it. Fits the bill. Thank you, you're a star :D
