Sailor's Full Ink Lines Including Shop Exclusives Compiled In A Post?

I tired talking my boyfriend into going to Japan for our honeymoon so I could buy pens. That did not work. However, once I told him about Portebello Market it looks like London here we come.

 

I am now trying to talk a girlfriend into moving to Tokyo so I can visit and buy ink

 

 

LOL... I do my best to "suggest" to my friend a Japan getaway..... two have already fell for it, .. I am working on another one now..

PS. - I really want to throw my phone out of the window. Hangs at least 15-20 times a day. I am going to ask Apple for a refund and go to android. I'd rather take such performance from a $200 android than a $900 Apple. Safari crashes 15 times a day and functions like a degenerate internet explorer.

You sure you have a legit Apple phone?. I have an iPhone 5s.. and is fine.. one of my daughters has my old 4s, and the other has my even older 3s... They are all working fine (the 3s is really slow.. so I will upgrade to android for her... she prefers it)

It's definitely real. I bought it from a certified Apple Store and not online last year when new iPhones were launched in India. It's a 6 plus.

Plus, I registered for AppleCare using the EMIE or whatever number is that on Apple website and they accepted that number and registered me for AppleCare.

 

Whenever I am writing a post and press backspace, or typing too fast, the browser hangs on me and restarts after a minute or two, so the post has to be re-typed and I do this 7-8 times a day on FPN. That's what happened with my last post on this thread.

I will not reduce my typing speed just because the touchscreen can't keep up with me. If this persists, I will ask for a refund.

Sorry don't know what to say. Just that there is a reason why I never go for the "first" release of anything. I always go for the second version (generation). That's why all my phones are the "s" .

I too love the smell of Sailor inks. Somewhere I heard that they are somewhat similar in smell to the inks used for brush writing. I have a few J. Herbin inks I do not recall them having any scent.

The only smelly ink I know from sailor that you speak of is only available in Kobe as the bokukaoru as told me by fellow member altecgreen

And I still remember the drama was put up with KN to release those inks the colors have been sourced from somewhere in weibo but you can look back at the thread sometime during july or page 40+

If you don't pay $40 then how do you get these shop exclusive sailors like P+M and Kingdom note? I think Atsu sells them for $40, read this in one of saskia's ink reviews.

 

Industrial syringe is a good method for C/C pens, but there will be no ink the the feed.

Any particular reason why you never fill directly from the bottle? If the bottle design is practical, I think it should be okay. Or are you trying to save the bottle from contamination?

I do not have P&M inks. While I almost purchased a KN ink from Atsu some months back, I ended up getting some in a trade and promptly traded it for a Edison Fountain pen instead and sold the other bottle (hated the colors). I mostly buy hard to find fountain pens and Kobe inks from Atsu. I bought all of my BB inks in the USA or directly from the owner (via a friend) during pen shows (there was a discounted rate for 3 or more inks).

 

I fear contamination. I can't disinfect or boil a fountain pen the way I can a removable syringe tip. What ever ends up in the syringe does not go back into the bottle, but I've gotten good with eyeballing and no ink is wasted.

They are, sort of, but it may not be an option available outside of Japan.

 

Pre-order was a poor choice of words on my part--they are taking "reservations":
