The Chiba thing is just the name of that Chinese store. Google translates it as the Japanese prefecture.

somebody did a water resistant test on Sailor Storia inks and guess what they are really pigmented inks just like Seiboku and Kiwaguro

Stopped by Takashimaya in Nihombashi yesterday. Their inks from a year ago came with the stock number to order more just like my bespoke ink, so I wondered if I could order the Twinkle Greenish Blue Night too. They actually had a bottle on hand, behind the counter and a few of the grayish inks, End of Summer and something about the moon in French.

 

I bought the one bottle of Blue Night and it seems that I can order more. The clerk was not sure but thought that it would be on the shelves again.

 

They also had one bottle of this Spring's LE ink left. If I understood correctly, and that is a big IF, it went on sale April 1st and sold out except for this last one. She did not know how many were made.
