Sailor's Full Ink Lines Including Shop Exclusives Compiled In A Post?

I don't remember if this was already posted because the thread is so big now and I couldn't find it when I did a search on FPN but it looks like there is a Joyful-2 LE called Purple Heart. The ink was launched at the same time as a limited edition Sailor fountain pen of the same name. Here is the google translation of the webpage that popped up while I was looking for writing samples of the other Joyful-2 inks:

Have I got this right? That web-site doesn't sell outside Japan, and we have to order any that we want from Cool-Japan on ebay?

Yes, but it's apparently easy for eBay seller Cool-Japan (aka Atsu) to get the Kobe inks, so they are much more affordable than any of the others he can also get.

Vanness now lists the Bungbox inks that they'll carry on their web site. Only L'Amant and Smola Imperial Purple listed as available. I'm still waiting to get an email from them about when the rest of the inks come in. They seem to have everything that Bungbox has available in singles, and maybe also the inks only available in Japan as cases of 12, available singly.

Keywords... I checked what they had in stock (as per the add and pictures).. and the ones I am looking for were not there (Nostalgia, #88, EbisGold) as example.

Vanness had the gold ink last week when I called to order Dandyism. BUT I called back after I checked the reviews here & switched it for the Ink of the Witch. He said he had someone who had wanted it & as he had not shipped mine yet it was no problem. So if they had it last week I bet they will have it again. That olive green looks interesting as well. I hope I will be able to distinguish it by some kind of name when they get more in. I just started using the Piano Mahogany last nite & it is beautiful. ( Nice shading on better paper ) It is supposed to be the replacement for Parker Penman Mocha (which I had it in another pen) & they are FAR from similar. Mocha is MUCH darker. I think these Bung Boxes are FUN!

If they don't believe YOU...then whose opinion regarding ink would they trust?

 

I am NOT sorry I got this ink as I didn't purchase it as a "replacement" BUT merely to try it & I like it (but can't really think of a "brown" I don't! ) Am looking forward to an evening with the Hamanko Eel next..........

On a different note, I don't remember if we have been posting LE inks or not, but I am going to now. Hope not to offend, but here is Maruzen Nihombashi Midori (Jade Green). It appears as much browner on my iPad than in real life.
