Don't mind my comment on the pink... I am very particular with my pinks. ... I am sure it will be lovely.

Looks like some long gone inks have come back. Lots of sheen it appears.

Add ten more! Takashimaya Nihombashi has reintroduced their 四宝 (Shihou/Shipou) "Four Treasures" series of 7 inks. 4 are shown here.

The other three are inks made in celebration of the 50th anniversary of Ultraman.

The second picture of the bottles says "Color Timer Red", "Color Timer Blue", and "Emerium Green".

And 4+3 equals seven, so what are the other three inks, tinjapan?

Not having color samples yet, the four Shihou inks I got are one red, one blue and two different greens.

 

Of the remaining three, one is a pink that is so light that the sample card was unreadable.

 

Another was an interesting brownish gray that looked like a water color. It being so light and gray in color, the only use I can think of for it in Japan is for Notices of Death.

 

The last was a golden, orangish yellow. A nice color but not one I would ever use.

 

I neglected to ask for the readings of the kanji names.
