I'd buy Aegean Sea Blue just for the beautiful box.

 

I have to admit that's what I did. The Cycladic art reminded me of my trip to Santorini, one of the most beautiful places on earth.

I did it too, with Ur Lapis. Now I look at it and keep asking one question every time: "What was I thinking?"

 

 

Anyway, too much regret. I was thinking of picking up a new bottle of ink and keep using that ink for every fill until I finish the bottle.

I selected 2 candidates: Cigar and Old Burgundy.

Can anyone give 2 more suggestions?

Mew, in all seriousness, I would *happily* take your bottle of Ur Lapis off your hands - I was using it this morning and I just love it, for some reason, but only had a sample of it. I keep kicking myself for not grabbing a bottle when it was available. I would prefer to do it locally because sending stuff out is a pain.

 

I will consider shade green, but I only have one bottle of Akaiwa wine so won't do it with that. I also have Joyful-2 Honda Jyoshu.

Anyway, how about Style Dee Doujima Ryokkin? A great green-gold-brown. Unless you want something completely different, in which case go wild and buy SankoDo Tokugawa Enbotan :-)

Ah but Tokugawa is a very special 'pink' - more dark cerise/magenta with amazing shading, & green-gold sheen. It's luscious :-)
