I'm back in the UK again, to all my inks :-) The last few posts in this thread have made me want to fill up with a few of my Kingdom Note favourites :-)

Not sure who is still wanting/willing to get Kingdom Note inks, but Nipponia Nippon, Entoloma Virescens, and Amanita Muscaria are all back in stock at the moment, and it's been the better part of a year since I've seen these available. Links below

The following are also available:

Trametes Versicolor (Mushroom)

Dorcus Hopel Binodulosus (Insect)

Fiddler Crab (Crustacean)

The following are available as well:

Charonda Butterfly (Insect)

Coconut Crab (Crustacean)

Prawn (Crustacean)

Japanese Giant Crab (Crustacean)

I suspect the rest will be available in the coming days.

Can anyone make out which store the bottles in the bottom of the picture come from? I'm pretty sure the blue ink is called Sky of Hirakata... (This isn't my pic - it's from a Nagasawa blog post.)

Are those inks part of the Nagasawa line, or special editions? My guess is the latter for at least the Aegean Sea. And what's that murky green in the lower right?

Aegean Sea is a Nagasawa LE produced to commemorate a museum exhibition. It comes out on Saturday. But the bottom inks aren't Nagasawa inks and I'd love to know which store they're from, because that green looks really good...

Is there any way us "mere mortals" can obtain the LE? Or do you think only Olympians will be allowed to obtain it? And I hope you find out about the other inks as well.

Sigh.

Nagasawa Kobe sure likes them blues.

Yeah, the Aegean Sea is definitely LE, given that box design. But the two on the middle left intrigue me.

I *think* the lower of the two says Romance Grey. Kyanaru Blue is all I get for the upper one, but that doesn't make sense. I wonder if these are 58-59, new fall colors?

Alas, the only Japanese bit I can read is "original ink," which isn't very helpful.

Could be, though the blog hasn't had any indication of new Kobe colors being released soon.

Thanks for trying! :) Edited by gylyf

Aegean Blue at upper left, Kobe #26 Wadamisaki Blue at upper right, which answered my first question about this ink: it shades bluer than #26.

;-)

And now I'd be interested to see where it falls compared to Kobe #17 Shioya Blue.

Exactly what I thought about when I saw the sample. They might be so similar that Kobe avoids showing them side by side LOL.
