These are big pens that I own and use. What is your budget ?

At a much smaller budget, the Lamy Nexx is fairly chubby, as are some TWSBI pens - the Micarta has a decent section on it IIRC. Both of those would be around the same size (around the section) as a M1000.

I have a mb 149 and the twsbi macarta, both large pens. The twsbi is a joy to hold in my large hand. They are being discontinued so act fast. I got mine from pendelton brown who reworked the nib before sending it out. Wonderful pen that may be just what you need.

Think you're after something like one of these.....Japanese chubby pens....they were designed for people that have hand mobility issues....

+1 for Delta Dolce Vita Over Sized. the pen is wider than 149.
