This thread is full of win! I love the 1:1 Tsuki-yo:Yama-budo mix... I may end up with more bottles of Iroshizuku than I originally intended.

So many inks, so little time...

Google is dangerous.

J. Herbin puts gold in the 1670 ink. Huhhhh.

Types in: ultra fine gold dust, Google yields: mono-molecular gold. Sounds correct, finds pseudo-science sauce consisting of "mono-molecular" white gold in solution.

For the next ten mins I have a mental debate. Do I dare buy a bottle and forever be barraged by snake oil spam just to find out if gold pseudo-juice is the key insane sheen additive? Sigh. The next site is an industrial chemical supply that offers nano sized gold--orders as small as 5kg.

Reminds me of Star Trek script "insert BS particle".

Fountain pens are my preferred COLOR DELIVERY SYSTEM (in part because crayons melt in Las Vegas).

Yama-budo is like bacon. It goes with everything.

Don't know why, but it seems all the ones I really like involve Yama-budo. I think it's time to order a bottle!

The next two I buy are going to be Ama-iro (the sky blue), and Tsutsuji (magenta). I'm getting them specifically for CMYK mixing. Wish there was a yellow Iro.
