Hello Father,

 

As others above have alluded to, Parker did make a perfect set for you in their 51 Series. It consisted of a 51 fountain pen with a matching pen styled unit that had a built-in Aspergillum. They were usually black with a silver Lustaroy cap, (some had the gold filled cap). Unfortunately, these sets are extremely hard to come by. I hope you're able to find a pen (pen set) that pleases you and is in accordance with Our Lord's Will.

I am a Deacon in the Orthodox Church. In the second stasis of the Lamentations of Great and Holy Saturday, we hear the following:

 

Like the pelican,

you gave life, O Word, to your dead children,

wounded in your side, you let life-blood flow,

letting fall life-giving drops of blood on all.

 

With all that said, I believe it was Krone who once had a limited edition Russian Orthodox pen. They also had a number of others, such as Moses, St. Patrick, Anno Domine, etc. Check their limited editions on the Fountain Pen Hospital site. All long gone, of course, and very expensive.

What about one of the Italix pens - Churchman's Prescriptor, Parsons Essential pens??

These are pens that are generally well thought of here and are reasonably priced as well.

I just had to have a look at them and decided I really needed another pen so bought the Parsons (mottled blue) with a bottle of Diamine Prussion Blue ink. I can definetly recommend the pen, the ink and the super fast service. I can't say it looks priestly though!
