Diamine Autumn Oak

I'm curious to see a side-by-side with Noodlers Apache Sunset. It seems to my eye that this could be a contender in the same colour family and shading range. Gorgeous review.

I was about to ask the same thing....

While I'm not enamored of Apache Sunset (not much for orange inks) I have to say the color shift of Autumn Oak looks pretty phenomenal.

I got the letter and oh wow ... pretty.

Fountain pens are my preferred COLOR DELIVERY SYSTEM (in part because crayons melt in Las Vegas).

Nice, very nice, thank you.

I shall be ordering a pot tomorrow.

I too would like to know if it behaves like Ancient Copper.

Holy Moly!! The color of this ink reminds me faintly of Iroshizuku Fuyu-gaki. This one has more shading though, and is (I'm sure) cheaper than the other. TIME FOR SAMPLES

A great review! This is a great ink to use in place of Apache Sunset if you are looking for something a little less vibrant. I also find it dries a lot faster, even in a Noodler's Ahab. It's time to break out the Autumnal inks again here in the UK!
