(I C U) Ink Review - Susemai - Red Diamond

Would it help if you called it fuchsia instead of pink? What you have in your review shows a distinct blue tone. Nice work!

Breathe. Take one step at a time. Don't sweat the small stuff. You're not getting older, you are only moving through time. Be calm and positive.

:) I can always try... Fuchsia it is, then. But, remember, I don't have an endangered man card... to the contrary.

But if I would have to choose between pink and red, my choice would be red.

I must say that the blue tone might be a scanner artifact. I don't see it looking at the paper directly.

However the ink plays nicely with Hero 232 - no, wait. I saw the bottom of my mixing vial and it was red! some solid deposited there... Going to check the pen now! :yikes:

Did a quick check, pen was OK but still refilled with the shaken mixture. It's a little redder than before.

I think the image is definitely too blue. And it's a pity you cannot see the color change, which happens pretty fast.

Happily I have some mls left of this nice mix. I'd almost change my mind and try to get Red Diamond anyway, for the effect you get when mixing with the Hero 232...

Thank you!

Fountain pens are my preferred COLOR DELIVERY SYSTEM (in part because crayons melt in Las Vegas).

I think the review says it all on this one. Harder to see in the scan, but yes it does smear when dry.

EDIT: Forgot to mention, this stained the Pilot cartridge I used for my test.
