A friend came back from India, and gave me several Bismi Fountain Pens. Does anyone know what kind of refill cartridges would fit? Standard cartridges do not fit. thank you.

I think Parker has a long connection with the Indian market and therefore my guess (and only a guess) would be Parker.

Do you have access to an actual shop that sells pens? If so, maybe a visit is in order...!

Recently I bought a Bismi Bamboo pen, a Sheaffer NoNonsense look alike, from "krishnapens" on ebay.in (right now he is run out of the stock). It is an eyedropper pen (also has a demonstrator barrel).

So I believe, with hari317, that the Bismi pen/s you got are eyedroppers (to be filled with an eyedropper or syringe (we in India grew up developing the skill of pouring ink directly from the bottle into the barrel!).

Such pens typically have more and closer threads on the section and barrel for watertight fit.

Hope this helps.
