If You Could Wish For A Pen...

Modern pens can be obtained, even one which an earlier poster's suggested, a Montblanc 149 in solid gold... it is only a matter of money (or taking a loan). This does not excite me,

it is only an exercise in wealth to make those kinds of dreams come true.

If you can tell me how I could obtain mine, I would be eternally grateful! :P

I wouldn't refuse a Waterman ringtop with a Pink nib, were someone to offer it me. That said, those old Mabie Todds with the gold rings are awfully pretty.

Silverlifter,

That Conid is one very beautiful pen; very nice lines.

I just wish the Wait was shorter on those pens. I hear they have to import the iron from the Mines of Moria.

The wait is even longer on those one-off prototypes Francis made for himself out of Omas arco rods... :P

There are two Conid Kingsize models I'd love to see available: one made of the same swirly black material used in their Cavens model, and this one made with green arco:

A namiki emperor maki-e in some sort of dragon motif with a (pilot made) full flex XXXF nib.

It doesn't exist, but a maxi sized version of my visconti divina metro with the power filler mechanism would be even better.

That's only because I already have my two grail pens - the visconti divina metro in jade celluloid and sterling silver, and the Wahl doric airliner vac filler with the 14 way adjustable nib.

The green one, with an MB 149 <F> nib ground to a cursive italic. :)

Oh, the one pen I want that I'll never afford, that DOES exist, is the complete sailor nagahara nib line in a custom box with a king of pen urushi to use them in.

it's only like 42 grand.
