Daniel Hechter Cartridge Or Converter Compatibility

Hello, I have a Daniel hechter fountain pen sent to me from france many years ago, but I have not used it for years and I am struggling to get new cartridges or a converter.

 

Please can anyone tell me where I can resolve this issue as it writes beautifully and after many years of trying, failing and then giving up, i'd really like to start using it again.

Do you have the original cartridge or converter? Have you tried a standard size cartridge?

Found a review of one made in the 1970s and the poster said he believed it took standard international converters/carts. Not a sure thing but could be worth a shot.

I have a few Hechter pens. Each is unique, feels great in the hand and writes well. They do take standard cartridges. Your's looks like it will also allow handle a standard converter. Some of the Hechter pens have a tapered barrel, narrowing too much for a converter.

Hello, I came across the FPN because I was looking for a cartridge for this exact same pen, and I found the picture of it in the Google results - so first of all : thank you for introducing me to FPN .

 

I have tried to put a standard converter in this pen, but it doesn't work, the pen is really too narrow.

 

I have only one original plastic cartridge left and I use it by refilling it with a syringe
