Two New To Me Wahl-Eversharps (With Issues)

I got these both recently but they have issues. The Equi-poised pressure bar is not attached to the lever, is there a way to re-attach it? The Doric has a crack running through the body's ink window and the threads. The inner section is undamaged, do you think it would be possible to have someone seal the crack? Sorry if this should be in the repair forum but I figured this was a better place to ask.

Tough crack. There are a few options. Most likely I'd sleeve it with some clear celluloid fused in place to strengthen the weld or make a new front end. But I do not know where you would source the material.
