Diamine Sapphire Blue Smells Like Mould (Mold)?

Interesting, very. I have both Sapphire and Sargasso Sea Blue(s) and they do carry that peculiar musty smell when in use with a pen. Sargasso Sea is the worst offender by (very) far. Never once did it occur to me that the culprit was the purple dye. But it makes perfect sense once you are told.
