That BB Luminous is tricky.The only other ink I've seen misbehave so much are the Noodler's highlighter inks like Georgia Peach; that makes sense I suppose. I also had to use a blotter on that after it wasn't dry on the Tomoe after 10 MINUTES! I'll have to post a pic of the blotter latter, it's a perfect mirror because of it picking up so much ink.
