The description reads

a vintage "sheaffers" fountain pen with 13k nib marked "Sheaffer'S 14k aust" in black with gold colloured mount and clip, having a fill action which involves twisting the end of the barrel to allow a tube to appear from below the nib,nib appears to be of an itallic type and writes well, the filling action seems to work as i have tried it in ink and have been able to write with no problem although i am not fully clear on how it works, the whole is in very good used condition (please see pictures)

The mention of the "tube" points to a PFM. Looks like that nib might need some TLC before it'll write well.

It's a PFM III. The left tine on the nib looks slightly bent.
