Amber - since you're the only person who has handled the Thistle powder/ink and the Susema powder/ink, what features, behaviors, etc. come to mind to you? I guess I'm thinking they might be somewhat different mainly because one is vintage and the other is new. Is the Susma also permanent?

Edited to add: My apologies, I forgot the Susema is called Blue Amber!

Breathe. Take one step at a time. Don't sweat the small stuff. You're not getting older, you are only moving through time. Be calm and positive.

Amazing Amethyst?

Well, for now they are as follows:

The first set of inks are nick-named as follows:

Blue Batch A = Blue Amber

Blue Batch B = Blue Balls

Blue Batch C = Blue Cashmere

Blue Batch D = Blue Diamond

Black Batch A = Black Amber

Black Batch B = Black Balled

Black Batch C = Black Cat

Black Batch D = Black Diamond

You have to stick with Blue or Black to designate which group and the A - D to designate which batch.

It's much more ego driven -- I had to come up with something besides .... "Alpha" for Batch A, Blue ... so I named it for me. :)

All the inks went out at the 8% dilution. For you, I may have a sample at 16%.... Here is what that looks like.

Is there still any room? I've been drowning in RL the past couple of weeks and am just getting back in proper to my pens. They've missed me- I've missed them. I do have a piece I need to photograph.....

AmberLeaDavis,

I would like to offer my services as an ink tester. Are any pipettes of ink still available?
