Okay, I just wrote a page. The colors are similar, but the ink behaves differently. Park is not waterproof or fast dry. I will post up a comparison here. BTW, both are much more vibrant than the ghost scans appear.

I need a really good black light and the ability to take a picture. Not only do I adore blue ghost as an ink - I live across the street from a cemetery so I think blue ghosts are haunting.
