My crystal ball says you'll soon order a watercolor set.

I have the palette and the brushes, I just don't have any paint! I've been using diluted inks, but it makes things very difficult because they're so watery. This is not to say that with paint I would suddenly be able to paint like you, though. Excuses are like, well, you know. :lticaptd:

I kind of drew this. I put the nib to mylar and the water did the work for me. I can see an eye and two tentacles.

OK, that's cool, and what you would expect of a ghost!

I sometimes dislike the characteristic of ink to run, but as a artistic medium, water solubility is great!

Well, Santa will be sending you water colors for Christmas. So no more excuses.

Fountain pens are my preferred COLOR DELIVERY SYSTEM (in part because crayons melt in Las Vegas).

Create a Ghostly Avatar and I'll send you a letter. Check out some Ink comparisons: The Great PPS Comparison

Don't know where to start?  Look at the Inky Topics O'day.  Then, see inks sorted by color: Blue Purple Brown Red Green Dark Green Orange Black Pinks Yellows Blue-Blacks Grey/Gray UVInks Turquoise/Teal MURKY

If Alc stops by, she can tell you what that means. I do have a degree in Psychology, but I don't use it and I did not focus on Clinical Psych.

I've got a Rockwell that I've been putting off on filling with color because the colors just seem so blah. When I dabbled in painting I used acrylic - so easy to cover up all of my (many) mistakes! :P

I love it! It's awesome thank you. Please can I save it on my desktop PC as my screen saver instead of my favourite Osprey photo?

Sure you can, here's a higher res version. However please note that the original is 4"x6" (postcard) size so it would work best on similarly sized screens (i.e. small tablet or smarthphone):

A few more ghosts (sorry folks, no FP inks, Saturday is Brush Day :P ):

Love your painting - I agree with ScienceChick that it is definitely Dali-esque. I would give my right arm for the talent to be able to paint like that (I'm left-handed).
