I have the palette and the brushes, I just don't have any paint! I've been using diluted inks, but it makes things very difficult because they're so watery. This is not to say that with paint I would suddenly be able to paint like you, though. Excuses are like, well, you know.

I kind of drew this. I put the nib to mylar and the water did the work for me. I can see an eye and two tentacles.

 

OK, that's cool, and what you would expect of a ghost!

I sometimes dislike the characteristic of ink to run, but as a artistic medium, water solubility is great!

I've got a Rockwell that I've been putting off on filling with color because the colors just seem so blah. When I dabbled in painting I used acrylic - so easy to cover up all of my (many) mistakes!
