As has already been indicated by others, my vote goes to the Wahl-Eversharp Coronet as the premier Art Deco pen, matching the premier Art Deco structure, the Chrysler Building:

Unfortunately, a decent Coronet costs about as much as the building.

I would go a little earlier from Esterbrook with the Dollar pens. Clean lines, very geometric on the clip. Maybe even the Morrison that accompanies it in the pic.

When it comes to Parker 51, I'd say it is closer to Bauhaus than Art Deco.

Are you still looking for examples of Art Deco styling in fountain pens? If so I have a Dart pen stamped Dart Reg'd MADE IN ENGLAND with a glass nib and a totally Art Deco clip. See attached photos.

I've never been able to find any reference to Dart pens.
