Does Anyone Know "crest" Company?

Seriously doubt the pen was made in Switzerland. Taiwan imported many items from Japan in the postwar period. Parts could have been imported and assembled in Taiwan to avoid import duties at a time when Taiwan was struggling to develop loca industries.

Would it be possible to purchase nibs from Japan with the JIS logo? Certainly considering many small Japanese makers did the same. Did any company in Taiwan have the machinery to create sections and install inlaid nibs? Probably not at this time.

The box is highly reminiscent of Japanese boxes. Maybe the script CREST was done with a Swiss machine but that's about all.

There is a Hong Kong Shun Cheong Trading Company that seems have been into all sorts of trading ventures. Was this the same firm?

The best way to bring this to conclusion is to find another pen or pen with similar nib or cap. The same nib was used on several smaller Japanese makers pens!!!

I doubt, too. Because I did find a document about another company which got license from W. Germany to assemble fountain pen and sold them as "made in Germany".

A company named "德慶貿易公司" bought parts from G. RAU (W.Germany) and assembled pens in Taiwan then sold them to Hong Kong(through Winsome Trading Co. ) and Singapore(through Festoon Trading Co.) and the pens are "made in Germany".
