I'm jealous... What a great excuse that show would be to return to Spain!

too many choices because of my birthday soon and christmas

Pens are like watches , once you start a collection, you can hardly go back. And pens like all fine luxury items do improve with time

I want to get a Hakase pen next. Probably one of their lower-priced models because I'm stingy. :P I still haven't decided on which one to get yet, so I'll probably end up going for a Lamy studio or something in the meantime.

A grey stripped Geha 790 with a semi-flex OB....early '60s, will be soon joining my other three 790's. One is a real three ring, the others are the stepped three ring jewel.

Been wanting one of them for quite a while.

Next Geha a 760....perhaps in color. And a Goldwing with standard nib....perhaps with a rolled gold cap.

The bold marked are the Grail pen versions.

In reference to P. T. Barnum; to advise for free is foolish, ........busybodies are ill liked by both factions.

Ransom Bucket cost me many of my pictures taken by a poor camera that was finally tossed. Luckily, the Chicken Scratch pictures also vanished.

Another Nakaya from nibs.com. That will be number 4 although, I have yet to decide which one to get. They are exquisite.

That having been said, I was pleasantly surprised when I recently received the two 2014 LEs from Brian Gray at Edison. They are gorgeous and great writers and in my opinion from an esthetic standpoint, compare favorably with the Nakayas I have at a fraction of the price. Feel free to chime in with comments if you think this is heresy comparing Edison to Nakaya.

I just bought two Sheaffer No Nonsense fountain pens. They're NOS with the old style screw on caps. Maybe not much to brag about but they're mine, they're Sheaffers, and I really wanted another one since my old one's cap cracked ... so I bought two in different colors and different nibs.

I'm planning on getting a M1000 BB or OBB next. I'll see if I have enough money for it around Christmas time.

Graf von Faber-Castell Intuition with fine in black and silver. That will make my final purchase and the last of my "five nice pens".

I like custom pens that remind me of things I like. The next one is going to be one that reminds me of of golden retrievers I've had.

Don't know what pen I'll get next but going from the minimalist 6 thread to this on I have quite a severe case of mental whiplash.

Had been thinking of getting my first Parker 51.

What is next for me will be my first Italian pen an Aurora 88.

I am still sticking with my Minimalist 6 thought as it will replace one of my two Sailor 1911s. My wife happily took over my vintage Duofolds.
